Homes of Hope - Payment InformationHow & Where do I send the payments? Please process your individual fees through your ministry or organization. Then send ONE check from your ministry or organization to YWAM. There are two options for sending yoru payments: (note: all funds must be paid in US dollars) 1. Wire Transfer (contact our office for details) 2. Check drawn on a US Bank **If your group is not part of an organization, please collect all fees and mail the fees to us at one time, by the required due dates.** Please make ALL checks payable to: CIMEC Checks should be mailed to: Youth With A Mission / CIMEC Attn: HOH Registrar PO Box 669435 Miami, FL. 33166 Payments There is a non-refundable deposit of $75 USD per person due when you send in your Team Application. (This amount is applied to the overall cost of your program fees) 10 weeks before your group's arrival we MUST receive: *50% of the House fees ($3,250 USD per house) *The total Home Furninshing Kit costs ($1,300 USD per house) - If you choose this option. *The Recreational Day Off Trip costs - If you choose this option. Additional Team Members Before adding addtional members to your team, please be sure to confirm with our office that space is available, once you have received this confirmation you will need to send in the $75 non-refundable deposit before that person will be officially added to your team. Cancellations 30 days or more notification = 100% of the program fees will be refunded (minus the $75 per person non-refundable deposit) Less than 30 days notification = NO refunds on program fees.
