Ministries

We are a youth-focused base using modern trends to bring the message of God to a young population that cries out desperately for acceptance, a way to express themselves, and most importantly looking for a something to fill a void in their hearts.

Having a biblical perspective we carry the message to all areas of our society ls in Costa Rica, from very low income people, even people who practically live on the streets, through events that attract the attention of the population can carry the message of love of God, that's our mission.

We currently have about 7 ministries are run by volunteer staff who are based in our half-time or full time. Some of them are:

Bibles for Costa Rica

The purpose of this ministry is to bring the pure essence of who God is each of the households in Costa Rica, giving an opportunity for society to Know God by which we consider our guide to life: The Bible.

A Street Named Freedom

Our vision has three goals: 1) to build relationships by ministering in the streets on a weekly basis and opening a coffee house type place where we can hold Bible studies, classes and have a place where they can visit and hang-out. We want to offer a place of safety and hope to these broken, hurting people.  2) to produce a video documentary exposing the realities of child prostitution in San Jose. Sex tourism has increased the demand for prostitution in Costa Rica, which attracts men from all over the world.  3) to open a safe house far removed from the city environment where women or children can come as a transition to a transformed life.

Homes of Hope

The Homes of Hope program (HOH) at YWAM San Jose was birthed in early 2010, with the desire to meet people's basic necessities & enable them to lead productive lives. Not only do we want to meet their physical needs, but their spiritual needs as well. We believe that working alongside the local church we can disciple & transform not only individual families, but entire communities!

Metro Ministries

Metro Ministries is dedicated to serving boys and girls growing up in the roughest Circumstances and Environments around the globe, ministering to Them Through weekly Sunday School services, child sponsorships, Special Programs and personal home visits.

Mission Adventures

Mission Adventures is a 7-14 day missions trip for youth groups. When you join us for your missions trip, all you have to do is get here and we'll take care of the rest! We handle all the details of food, housing, ground transportation, training & ministry setup!

Mission Builders

If you have a heart for missions and especially Youth With A Mission (YWAM) come and join in our short-term volunteer program called Mission Builders, assisting with everything from carpentry and maintenance to food services, grounds keeping and secretarial work. 

Revolution Ministries

A ministry based on an ideology that attracts mainly youth and skateboarding practices through events and competitions we can share the love of God and bring a clear message of what an intimate relationship with God is.
