Soccer DTS / Field Assignment

Following our lecture phase is our 8-12 week field assignment. Teams will be sent out to evangelize, putting into practice the principles learned during the lecture phase and serving others in many different ways.

Where will I go?

Soccer DTS is about reaching out to people of all ages, communities & spheres of society. During the field assignment you will be involved in soccer competitions, running soccer clinics, hands-on mercy ministry & evangelism. The focus is on using what you have learned during the lecture phase and applying those principles using soccer as the common ground with people. SDTS will provide you with opportunities to develop relationships and do evangelism at a personal level. Outreach locations will be both within Costa Rica & in the Central American Region, but will be decided as the lecture phase develops. Also if doors open, we may go outside of this region as well.
